Ferme de Lafage
Installed since 2014 on the vineyard of Lafage, Kevin is listening to his predecessor, Bernard Bouyssou, to perpetuate the polycuture (mixed farming process), the biodynamic process and the wines of Lafage.
Passionate about wine, Kevin aims not only to prolong the history of the vineyard but also to develop a whole new range of wines. The idea is to plant, in the coming years, grape varieties to make batch of white wine.
Close to biodynamics and numerous organic methods, Kevin aims to develop wines with the minimum of sulfur or even sulfur-free.
